HiFiFast PCR Mix 2x is a setup of HiFiFast DNA Polymerase and its mixed buffer. HiFiFast DNA Polymerase has both 5'-3' polymerase and 3'-5' exonuclease activity, providing it with 3'-5' proofreading activity. HiFiFast DNA Polymerase provides increased specificity and higher amplification efficiency, The fidelity is 50-fold higher than Taq DNA polymerase and 6-fold higher than Pfu DNA Polymerase with an extension speed of 30s/kb. 

For the Lambda DNA template, the extension range is up to 20kb.

For the genome DNA template, the extension range is up to 9kb.
