GREAT Real-Time SYBR PCR Kit offers superior sensitivity for improved quantification and reproducibility. It is a ready-to-use qPCR cocktail containing all components, except primers and template. It contains an advanced Taq DNA Polymerase, SYBR Green I, dNTPs, PCR enhancer, and stabilizers. GREAT Real-Time SYBR PCR buffer is provided at 2x concentration and used at 1x concentration by adding template, primer, passive reference dye or PCR enhancer, and H2O. You can choose passive reference dye or PCR Enhancer according to different PCR instruments.
