HiFiLong DNA polymerase 250U/625U
HiFiLong DNA Polymerase is an enhanced version of HiFiFast DNA Polymerase. HiFiLong DNA Polymerase has both 5'-3' polymerase and 3'-5' proofreading activity, furthermore, HiFiLong DNA Polymerase has an extremely fast extension speed of 10s/kb. HiFiLong DNA Polymerase also provides increased specificity and higher amplification efficiency, the fidelity is 50-fold higher than Taq DNA polymerase and 6-fold higher than Pfu DNA Polymerase.
For the Lambda DNA template, the extension range is up to 35kb.
For the genome DNA template, the extension range is up to 12kb.
